Save Manager

The Save Manager is your central hub for viewing, importing, and exporting save files for each game.

Saves can be stored locally on your device or in iCloud. iCloud keeps saves available across your Apple devices; local storage keeps everything on this device only. To switch, tap the folder pill at the top of the Save Manager and choose Change Link. iCloud only appears as an option when iCloud Saves is enabled in Aurora’s Settings and you’re signed in to iCloud.

• Import Saves — Pick files, a folder, or a .zip with the system picker. Aurora previews what will be imported, lets you choose Replace or Merge, and always takes a safety backup of your current saves first
• Compress and Share — Sends a .zip of the save folder via the share sheet
• Back Up This Save Folder — Stores a timestamped backup inside Aurora; browse backups in the Files app under On My iPhone → Aurora (or in iCloud Drive when iCloud Backups is on)

• Restore from Backup — Bring a backup back, with Replace or Merge
• Select mode — Batch delete, batch backup, or copy saves into a new folder
• Deleting — Delete All Saves asks for confirmation and is permanent; deleting a single file gives you 5 seconds to Undo
• Aurora automatically backs up your saves before every import, and before every game launch while Automatic Save Backups is on (the default)
• The list splits into Saves and Other Files, with badges showing each file’s type
